Exercise Classes. Held at Rutland Leisure Centre, Ilkeston on Tuesdays at 11.00amto 1 pm minimum of 10 people.
Chair- Based Exercises. Held at West Hallam Methodist Church Hall. On Thursdaysmornings at 10.30am to12.00noon. Cost is £1.50 including tea/coffee and biscuits.
Exercise is good for you! It can improve circulation and strengthen muscles and joints, helping you maintain mobility. Especially designed for older people, or those with restricted mobility You are never too old to exercise! you can exercise your body andmind in a fun and effective way.
